PLEASE NOTE: if your question, comment, or concern is in regards to a product you ordered, please make sure to include your order number in your email message.
Unless you have an order number so we can verify you purchased from us (order numbers from other sellers are not acceptable), we will not be able to assist you.
You can find your order number in your email confirmation or the marketplace you ordered from.
We may also ask for pictures or video of your product to better deliver customer service. So providing these in your initial email may expedite the resolution.
