- Most of our products are in national fulfillment centers so you can typically expect 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.
- For our international customers: at the moment we only ship to Canada. We offer standard shipping for a flat rate determined at checkout. Please note: we are not responsible for any customs fees you may have to pay when this product enters your country. You may be billed these fees several weeks after receipt of the item. Unfortunately, we do not have much insight into when or how much you may be charged.

Please note: you MUST keep your original packaging (inner and outer boxes) in order for you to return the items. It does not matter if the items were used, but we will not accept products shipped back in different product or shipping boxes, as these have no guarantee of being secure.
- If you'd like a replacement, we can get this shipped out for you ASAP. If you'd like a refund, we'd be happy to issue it right away, although it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
